Belanidi is a slave
to the irresponsible and childish
Pantariste. A Celt from the far west of
Europe, Belanidi was a thirteenth
birthday present for Pantariste from her
mother, Ekphobippe... although in
reality, Ekphobippe appointed her to
keep her daughter out of trouble.
Belanidi despairs of
Pantariste's nagging and pranks, and has
never been particularly obedient. This
trait annoys Pantariste, but her friends
are usually quick to remind her that
it's largely her own fault: Belanidi
treats the other Amazons with deference,
but will only put up with Pantariste for
as long as she is tolerable.
