Artemis is the Olympian Goddess of the Hunt, and the main Goddess worshipped by the Amazons. The Amazon queen supposedly has the unique ability to seek advice from her in times of strife. Artemis herself is a laid-back, informal but somewhat antisocial deity who enjoys Hippolyte's company but barely tolerates her fellow Gods. This is illustrated by her relationship with Aphrodite, nearly her exact opposite in terms of personality.
